Los Angeles County deputies seized tons of valuable metals stolen from Chicago throughout a raid at an Acton man’s house Friday.
Detectives from a specialised job drive on the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division seized 130,000 kilos of copper and brass in addition to 50 model new massive rig tires from suspect Khatchik Aleksanian’s house. Deputies consider the stolen metals whole greater than $1.2 million and big tires have been estimated to be about $1000 every.
Along with the stolen gadgets, investigators discovered a cache of 10 firearms, together with handguns, rifles, and assault weapons — all of which have been close to and accessible by a baby on the house.
Deputies booked Aleksanian for stolen property and youngster endangerment. He is being held on a $20,000 bail and is anticipated to seem in courtroom subsequent Tuesday.
