An exodus of Chinese language actual property corporations has left this Cambodian seaside resort plagued by a whole bunch of half-finished initiatives.
The concrete skeleton of one among these buildings stands on a chunk of land owned by 51-year-old elementary college trainer Pan Sombo.
“This was fully unimaginable,” Pan Sombo stated, wanting up at a high-rise with no prospect for completion.
