The official reason for demise for Dana Carvey‘s son Dex has been revealed. The L.A. County Medical Examiner’s Workplace confirmed Tuesday that Carvey died from a deadly mixture of fentanyl, ketamine and cocaine and the trigger is listed as unintended.
The report confirms his mother and father” preliminary assertion when Carvey handed on November 15, 2023. “Final night time we suffered a horrible tragedy. Our beloved son, Dex, died of an unintended drug overdose. He was 32 years previous,” the assertion from Dana and Paula Carvey mentioned.

Dex was a wonderful individual. His handmade birthday playing cards are a treasure. We’ll miss him eternally.”
They added, “To anybody battling dependancy or who loves somebody battling dependancy, you’re in our hearts and prayers.”
