The highest-seeded Dexter Excessive Faculty women held eighth seed Mount View of Thorndike to at least one first-half level in constructing a 23-1 lead and cruised to a 43-20 Class C North quarterfinal win on the Cross Insurance coverage Heart in Bangor on Tuesday evening.
Dexter, 18-1, will now face No. 4 Mattanawcook Academy of Lincoln in Thursday’s 8:30 p.m. semifinal. The groups break up their common season video games.
Mount View wound up 14-6.
