DGCA orders investigation after IndiGo plane hits stationary AI Express plane at Kolkata Airport

New Delhi [India], March 27 (ANI): The Directorate Normal of Civil Aviation off-rostered pilots of IndiGo Airways on Wednesday and ordered an in depth investigation after an Indigo aircraft hit a stationary Air India Specific plane whereas taxiing at Kolkata Airport.

A senior DGCA official knowledgeable that after the incident each the pilots of the IndiGo A320 VT-ISS aircraft hit stationary Air India Specific 737 VT-TGG throughout a taxi in Kolkata.

“Now we have ordered an in depth investigation into the matter and each the pilots of IndiGo airways have been off-rostered. The bottom employees may even be questioned through the investigation. Each the flights have been grounded for detailed inspection,” the official mentioned.
