Three people rescued from partially submerged vehicle: Toronto fire – Toronto

Three folks have been rescued early Sunday from a car that Toronto fireplace officers say was partially submerged in a ditch crammed with three ft of water after heavy rainfall within the metropolis.

Emergency responders have been notified of the incident at 4:45 a.m. and dispatched to the scene close to Freeway 400 and Freeway 401.

Based on Toronto Hearth Capt. Deepak Chagger, the car left the roadway and have become caught in a ditch that had collected a major quantity of rainwater.
