US FTC suing to block $25bn Kroger-Albertsons supermarket deal

The US Federal Commerce Fee and eight states stated on Monday (February 26) they’re suing to dam grocery store chain Kroger’s $24.6 billion deal to purchase smaller rival Albertsons, saying it could enhance grocery costs for hundreds of thousands of Individuals.
