Russian opposition chief Alexei Navalny has reportedly died in a penal colony, as introduced by the Division of the Federal Penitentiary Service.
Navalny, a outstanding critic of the Kremlin, was sentenced to a two-and-a-half-year jail time period in February 2021 on prices of violating parole from a earlier case.
The 45-year-old anti-corruption activist fell critically in poor health final 12 months after being poisoned with a nerve agent, an incident he and lots of Western leaders blamed on the Russian authorities.
The Kremlin has persistently denied any involvement.
